If you are interested in joining a friendly group, please download and fill in the following application form.
When applying, please attach the Constitution and structure documents of your organization.
The application forms and documents can be submitted in person at our office, or by email or fax.
After the application documents are submitted, they need to be approved before they can become full group members.
